Terms and Conditions

By participating in the CoFee Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • Rewards are available to users who make a fee payment via CoFee during the program period.
  • To qualify for specific rewards (e.g., ₹500 Amazon voucher), the payment must be made within 2 days of receiving the payment request.
  • Users paying after the initial 2-day window may still be eligible for alternate rewards (e.g., ₹100 voucher).

2. Reward Details

  • Rewards may include Amazon vouchers or CoFee-branded merchandise.
  • Winners will be selected through a random draw from eligible participants at the end of each reward cycle (typically monthly).
  • CoFee reserves the right to modify the reward type, value, or availability at its discretion.

3. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via WhatsApp, email, or in-app notification.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, CoFee reserves the right to cancel the reward.

4. Delivery of Rewards

  • Digital rewards (e.g., vouchers) will be shared electronically.
  • Winners of physical rewards(e.g., merchandise) will be asked to provide a valid delivery address for shipping purposes. CoFee is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

5. Limitations

  • Each eligible user can receive a maximum of one reward per cycle unless otherwise stated.
  • Fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or payment manipulation (e.g., fake or internal transactions) will disqualify the user from receiving rewards.
  • CoFee reserves the right to revoke rewards or ban users who violate these terms.

6. Program Changes

  • CoFee may update or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued participation implies acceptance of any updated terms.
